Ms. Stephanie Rogers started in November of 2015 as Executive Assistant.
Stephanie has previous experience working in an administrative capacity at one of our contractor member firms. In addition she has extensive experience in day to day office administration as a residential and commercial property manager.
She made a positive impact with HRUHCA member firms through her work administering our November Membership Dinner Meeting as well as the 2015 HRUHCA Holiday Gala.
In January 2017 Stephanie was promoted to Executive Director.
Raegan Williams

Raegan started in June of 2024 as Executive Assistant.
A Hampton Roads native, she is hoping to gain more experience in the field of Public Relations as she graduated in 2024 from Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia with a degree in Communication Studies.
She is excited to bring local businesses and the community together through networking events while getting to know all about the heavy contractors and utilities industry.
